Oils & Waxes
Our oils are based on oil from pine trees and constitute the base of all products in our oil range. This explains why Bona Oils are so quick-drying and easy to use compared to oils made from other bases. We wanted to produce an oil that care for the environment and with preferences close to the nature. An oil that highlights the wooden floor and the beauty of it, but also an oil which is easy to work with. This is the entire philosophy behind the Bona Oils!
Bona stains
Bona offers an opportunity for creative freedom in changing the colour of new unfinished or old wooden floors sanded back to bare wood. A low solvent pigment system for altering the colour of bare timber floors prior to treatment with finish or oil.

Naturale
Bona Naturale is a unique new floor treatment that protects and preserves the true nature of your wooden floors. Bona Naturale is available both for pre-finished floors (Bona Naturale UV-system) as well as for untreated fl oors or floors that need renovation (Bona Naturale one-component).

SOLID WOOD FLOORING

MULTI-PLANK - FOR PRACTICAL PEOPLE
The Osmo Multi-Plank is still through wood. The difference to solid wood is that it is built up in layers, the visible top layer is made of high quality Oak, the carrying layer beneath is pure Birch (multiply). The combination of these layers makes the flooring extremely stable and allows plank of widths of up to 22 cm. The flooring is easy to install and can be used with under floor heating.

Quick-Step is a laminate floor
The base of a Quick-Step floor is a watertight, glued HDF board (High Density Fibre Board). This is covered with a design layer and a transparent overlay against wear and tear. Underneath, a barrier layer stops rising damp and prevents the boards from deforming The design layer is a photo of wood or tiles that is printed on paper. This paper is submerged in melamine resin. This is covered with a very strong and transparent protective layer. The melamine layers are pressed on the HDF board in a press, under high pressure and temperature. In addition, a wood or tile structure is also pressed into the top layer. For example, the oak designs have a wood texture that coincides exactly with the wood pattern. The highly refined printing technique means that you can hardly tell the difference between the photo and real wood. So you can have a "wooden floor" in your home without sacrificing valuable trees. In addition, you don't have to worry about the disadvantages of a wooden floor.
